At this moment in time, we are only able to process returns and exchanges on UK/Domestic orders. We are working hard to extend our returns service to our customers worldwide and will update our policy in due course.
With this in mind please take time to review your order and our social media content to ensure that you are satisfied and are making a conscious decision about your purchase. In exceptional cases, we may offer a credit note for international customers requesting a return - please contact us via email@example.com.
UK/DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Once we have received your goods, we will then proceed to exchange the item.
Goods will only be accepted for a refund or exchange if they are despatched within 30 days of delivery unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please bear with us; we are working on providing a free returns service in the near future.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, and a refund is needed to be issued - Exceptional case.
Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge. You can exchange your merchandise for items of the same style in a different size or colour.
